The installation of the return oil pipe does not meet the requirements, which will cause excessive fuel consumption of the screw air compressor; The exhaust pressure is too low when the unit is running; The rupture of the oil separation core will cause the screw air compressor to fail; damage to the internal partition of the separation cylinder; The coolant has deteriorated or expired.
2. Screw air compressor fault phenomenon: low unit pressure
The reason for this failure is that the actual gas consumption is greater than the output gas volume of the unit; Screw air compressor degassing, intake valve failure (cannot be closed when loading); The transmission system is abnormal, the ambient temperature is too high, and the air filter is blocked; load solenoid valve (1SV) failure; The minimum pressure valve is stuck; There is a leak in the user pipe network; Screw air compressor failure such as pressure sensor, pressure gauge, pressure switch, etc. will lead to low pressure of the unit; Leakage of the pressure sensor or pressure gauge input hose;
