1. Check whether the parts of the air compressor are intact, and whether the protection devices, instruments, valves, pipelines and joints are damaged or loose.
2. Slightly open the drain valve at the bottom of the oil and gas barrel, discharge the condensate and dirt accumulated in the lower part of the coolant, and close it when you see oil flowing out to prevent premature emulsification and deterioration of the coolant.
3. Check whether the oil level of the oil and gas barrel is between the two tick lines of the oil level gauge, and it should be supplemented when it is insufficient. Pay attention to confirm that there is no pressure in the system before refueling (the oil level is subject to the observation after ten minutes of shutdown, and the oil level in operation is slightly lower than when it is stopped).
4. The first time the new machine is turned on or deactivated for a long time and then started, the air filter cover should be removed first, and about 0.5 liters of coolant should be added from the air intake to prevent oil loss and burn during the starting time.
5. Confirm that there is no pressure in the system.
6. Open the exhaust valve.
7. Check whether the cable connected to the air compressor meets the manufacturer's requirements (voltage 36
