Maintenance of air compressors

A. When repairing and replacing each component according to the above table, it must be determined that the pressure in the air compressor system has been released, separated from other pressure sources, the switch on the main circuit has been disconnected, and the safety mark that is not allowed to close has been made [3].
B. The replacement time of the compressor cooling lubricating oil depends on the use environment, humidity, dust and whether there is acid and alkaline gas in the air. The newly purchased air compressor must be replaced with new oil for the first 500 hours of operation, and then every 4000 hours according to the normal oil change cycle, and the machine with less than 4000 hours of annual operation should be replaced once a year.
C. The oil filter must be replaced for 300-500 hours in the first start-up operation, replaced for 2000 hours in the second use, and replaced every 2000 hours according to the normal time thereafter.
D. When repairing and replacing the air filter or intake valve, remember to prevent any debris from falling into the compressor main engine cavity. The main engine entrance is closed during operation, and after the operation, it is necessary to rotate several times by hand in the direction of rotation of the host to make sure that there is no obstruction before turning on.
E. In the machine every 2000 hours or so to check the tightness of the belt, if the belt is loose, must be adjusted until the belt tensions; in order to protect the belt, the belt needs to be prevented from being scrapped due to oil pollution in the whole process [3].
F. Every time the oil is changed, the oil filter must be replaced at the same time.
G. Replace parts as far as possible using original company parts, otherwise there will be matching problems, the supplier will not be responsible [3]. ...
